    NOTE: ALL registration fees must be paid IN FULL prior to the event or on site at check in to receive conference badge, material and entrance into the conference.

    Important Registration Details

    Exhibiting organizations and their representatives are required to wear ID badges throughout the Exhibit Hall. ID badges are not transferable, and IIOM reserves the right to withdraw a badge used to gain admission to the Exhibition / Conference by any person other than the one for whom it was issued.

    ALL SPEAKERS MUST REGISTER AS AN ATTENDEE.

    For your protection, payments cannot be taken over the phone. All payment information must be submitted either during the initial registration process or through the link provided in the attendee registration confirmation.

    Confirmation

    Initial confirmation sent to email address provided on registration Confirm your email address is correct to receive confirmation and updates "Pay by Check" registrants receive a pending confirmation. After check is processed a registration confirmation will be emailed. Receipts Payment receipts are emailed to the address provided during registration Credit card payments get an emailed receipt from authorize.net Check payment receipts will be emailed when the check is processed To pay online later, go to your registration login provided in your confirmation email

    Cancellations/No Shows

    Written cancellation notice must be received before October 14, 2024 COB 5:00PM EST to qualify for refund (email is acceptable – please indicate the Conference – IIOM 2024 – and full name and company of attendee) Cancellations received after October 14, 2024 COB 5PM EST and attendee “no-shows” are ineligible for a refund. Substitutions with registration fee transfer may be made at any time without cancellation fees. All cancellations are assessed a processing fee of $75.

    Substitution of registration is permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Limit to one substitute per original registrant. Substitutions with registration fee transfer may be made at any time without cancellation fees. The substitution requestor is responsible for attendee financial obligations, as well as updating contact information.

    Attendees - Business Casual for all meeting sessions and social events
    Civilian - Business Casual for all meeting sessions and social events
    Military - Class B uniform as directed by organization policy
    Speakers - Business attire, or military service dress

    Everyone is required to check-in at the IIOM Registration Desk located at The Lodge, Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Onsite registration will be available, but rates may be higher. Onsite registrants are not guaranteed handout materials or entrance into food functions.
    Payments made by check will NOT be accepted for onsite registrations.

    The International Institute of Obsolescence Management (IIOM) International Symposium to be held on Monday, October 21 – Thursday, October 24, 2024. The IIOM International Symposium will offer the option to attend the General Sessions virtually Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday. All presentations will include a Q&A component to allow for interaction among our In-Person and Virtual Attendees. Additionally, all recordings will be available for immediate “on-demand” listening by our attendees until the end of the year following the Conference.
